This European dish is served with 5.oz’s of boneless chicken breast seasoned and coated in a specially seasoned base and topped with Ana Ronel’s sweet homemade Madeira sauce with mushrooms. The legendary sauce is created from a Madeira wine imported from the Portuguese islands. Served with the BEST mashed red potatoes you’ve ever had in your life and southern styled green beans.
